Roto Pennaut - Rotating Cutter
Universal Rotating pasta cutter to cut all formats of short pasta, penne and macaroni.
The Roto-Pennaut is present in two versions: the Universal model, that can be installed on every press for short-cut pasta and the Pavan model, which is specifically designed to adapt to the structure of the short-cut pasta presses developed by GEA Pavan.

- Structure of the machine takes advantage of that of the press to which it is solidly attached
- A mechanical arm, electronically controlled, handles the rise and fall of the cutting mask
- Product pileup prevention system
- Innovative system for managing the air flow which can be directed toward the die or toward the slide (also available with a heating system)
