GEA provides you with functional milking clusters and long-lasting liners, made from rubber or silicone. From the worldwide popular Classic milking cluster with clawpiece; the IQ milking cluster with udder-friendly four-way technology, or the ApolloIQ, with the in-liner dipping procedure - approved by milk processing companies, you can find the right combination for all udder types, with an all-round perfect fit. Ergonomic and symmetrical positioning aids to simplify both the attachment process, all whilst ensuring minimal pressure to the udder during the milking procedure.

During the milking procedure GEA’s trusted milking technology and control units take care of stimulation, controlled milk flow, as well as milk volume measurement, plus initiate milking cluster removal. Stable vacuum on the teat, and continuous pulsation have a positive effect on udder health. In automated milking systems, the cell count class sensor provides real-time analysis for every cow, during every milking session.
