Classifying Decanter

Classifying Decanters separate the solids phase in the suspension into a fine fraction (small particles) and a coarse fraction (large particles).

Thanks to the accurate classification cut of GEA's high-performance decanters, the particle size distribution can be configured in such a way that our customers get the desired quality with low product losses.

Adding on a second classification stage has the advantage that existing product losses can be transformed into the desired higher quality without excessive expenditure.
